The Attorney General Hon. Dorcas Oduor on Wednesday attended the 56th National Coordinating Committee (NCC) meeting hosted by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. It marked the first National Coordinating Committee Meeting under the Kenya Integrity Plan 2023-2028. The plan outlines strategies and actions operationalizing anti-corruption initiatives by the Member Sectors under the Kenya Leadership Integrity Forum (KLIF).
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and the Office of the Attorney General form part of the institutions embedded in KLIF.
Being, the chairperson of the NCC of KLIF, The AG stated that she is committed to provide the necessary strategic direction for effective implementation of the KIP. She also reaffirmed her unwavering support in promoting national inclusivity in the fight against corruption.
In attendance were also the EACC Chairperson Dr. David Oginde, EACC Commissioners, EACC CEO, Mr. Abdi A. Mohamud, Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr. Renson Ingonga, Transparency International Executive Director, Ms. Sheila Masinde and other strategic partners.
