Attorney General Judge Kihara Kariuki has lauded the mutually beneficial cooperation between Kenya and Israel.

Speaking during a courtesy call on him by the Israeli Minister of Justice Ms Ayelet Shaked Wednesday morning, the Attorney General commended the cordial relationship existing between the two governments. Kenya and Israel have had very close ties in the areas on the fight against corruption, as well as in undertaking joint criminal investigations and prosecution dating back to independence.

The Israeli Justice Minister Ms Ayelet Shaked pledged her government’s continued support in the areas of fighting terrorism, cybercrime security as well as in the prosecution of human and wildlife trafficking, and illicit trade.
